Certainly. You can actually follow what is happening. Can't wait for the playoffs

I've watched 5 games so far and at least. 7 innings of each, I love opening day

I will never watch another professional baseball game on TV until they make rules limiting pitching substitutions. It absolutely destroys an otherwise watchable game.

To each their own, but y'all don't see me starting "I hate basketball threads" or even jumping in basketball threads to voice my displeasure with it. I find it boring and not fun to watch, either on tv or in person. Never understood why people start threads on baseball just because they don't like it.
I'll watch probably 300-400 games during the year because I subscribe to extra innings package and I'm a baseball fan so I will watch more than just the Yankees. I'll go to about 10 games this year between Astros, Yankees, Rangers, and wherever else

I was just bored at work and noticed the MSB was all baseball.
I knew I'd have a few that agreed with me considering this is an SEC site.

I don't think it's declining per say, but I do think the lack of dominant big men is bad for the game

There should be a pitch clock similar to basketball's shot clock.
Also batters should not be allowed to walk around, adjust their gloves, knock dirt off their shoes, change bats, etc.. all after just one pitch where he doesn't even swing. It's fricking ridiculous.

Well they have a few that agree with me on basketball, so I'm not sure the point on that statement.
And the MSB was all about basketball on tip off and it will be all about kick-off when football starts, and all about World Cup (well soccer board will take most of it)
I means it's fricking opening day, you really expected less?

I haven't given a shite about the NBA since Reggie Miller and Patrick Ewing retired. These tattooed punks these days ain't worth a shite.

IMO there are too many teams and I wish they would insert some rule that's a mix between football and what they use to have. Either you can go straight from hs to the NBA or if you go to college/Europe you have to wait 3 years before being eligible again.

Are you in Bham? If so, you need to check out a Barons game and brewery tour.

I mean with the fans, not necessarily the players.
Looks like attendance and tv numbers are down in the NBA, being overtaken by the NHL.
And MLB is as healthy as ever, with attendance and interest on the up.
The people have spoken.
