Was just saying doesn't hurt to hear his side of the story also. I'm sure he has an explanation or at least something to say about this.

Alabama is not one of the 19 states that have "civil commitment" laws. Civil commitment is not a punishment phase.

Rather, it's an action to prevent further offenses by a person who has served his prison time but who cannot be trusted to avoid repeating the crimes for which he was jailed.

A lifetime prison sentence accomplishes the same thing. While YOU may not consider a lifetime "civil commitment" punishment, that is exactly what it is.

Define it however you like. I don't care. The point is that the pedophile does not have access to children.

Seriously, though, Alabama, Kentucky and most of the rest of the South allow multiple crimes against children before taking the pedophile seriously. If you're right about Alabama's punishments, then they're tougher than Kentucky's but is that saying much?

I mean, why isn't a pedophile who commits multiple offenses for his first charge in Alabama, as you mentioned, either committed for life in prison or a mental hospital? Isn't that what we need to get him out of society?

Stuff that that has always gone on. It is just easier for them now because you can't stop them at the door.

Before if you drug a dude out of the ladies room and beat his arse people would applaud you and buy you drinks and you would get copious amounts of poon. Do that today and you are a bigot and guilty of a hate crime.

So which gender do bottoms "identify" with? They do seem to hang out with mostly women, go shopping, percentage wise hold a lot of jobs that we use to identify with women such as hair style, fashion, and design. Which bathroom do they use now?

Who's ever stopped them at the door? These things have never been monitored. I've used my share of women's restrooms at gas stations when I've been holding a piss for an hour and some bastard has locked down the men's room for his morning devotional. If the women's room is unoccupied, I'm gonna take a piss in there. I always knock, I never go in if I see a woman approaching it, and I'm sure to lock the door. But, ain't nobody monitoring that shite.
