I just like the RWB in a flag I guess. That is why I like it so much probably.

That makes sense. I like RWB flags, too.

Like I said, I don't hate it, but idk what I'd change to end up loving it

As for national flags, for me it doesn't get better than the Union Jack

I say keep the star in it and use Blue Silver and Red. Drop the gold. I think it is too busy with two stars.

Especially when you know the reason it is what it is. It's actually an awesome flag. One of the best.

Dude, there's a bunch in there. I must have been on some weird thing when I was doing those. Like two pages.

I get the Union jack incorporates England, Scotland, Wales in it. For that reason I do not consider it a national flag. It is more of a Empires flag. If that maked sense.

I guess with that logic you could also say the US flag isn't great for the same reason.

Despite what the country has become, at the time it actually represented unified states, much like the UK flag.

Plus, it's not really that great a flag minus the national pride.

I was specifically talking about the one that had red blue gold stripes with the star in middle.

The first two in blue silver looked almost to futuristic.

I always think a flag should represent your past struggles and tell a story of your land and you know what it means when you see it.

Tennessee is good. Not the greatest, but it's a Top 10 state flag for sure.

Including US city flags, Chicago and Washington definitely place much higher than most states.

Washington, DC

Chicago

St. Louis' isn't bad either.

Anything with the Alamo incorporated into it is automatically awesome

I like the flag for Quebec also. It may be that I am a Canadiens fan though.

San Antonio's would be a million times better without the star.

I've got a Chicago flag hanging in my business to represent where I'm from. You'd be surprised how many people instantly recognize the flag without ever having been to Chicago. That's what a flag is all about.
