Who exactly are you trying to get riled up? There is an obvious, completely clear explanation and everyone who has eaten fast food knows what it is.

Instead of beating around the bush, can we just say that a lot of people in the OTB think CFA has higher quality service because they hire more white people?
The only thing is... I don't buy it. All the CFA's I've been to have had plenty of black people working there, and I knew a few black kids who worked at our local CFA. I think the difference is that they hire people who already have a polite attitude and are willing to be trained to follow the CFA script ("My pleasure!"). That plus the high franchising requirements explains the difference in service quality.

Right. It has nothing to do with a black vs white thing. There are plenty of absolutely disgusting, trashy rednecks working at mcdonalds. Just like there are plenty of upstanding, polite black people working at CFA. Its' about the business model. CFA hires competent employees who follow the rules and act like they GAS about representing their employer well. Mcdonalds couldn't be farther from that.

I agree it's quite simple but the whole point of this thread is that all the other fast food chains find it quite difficult for some reason

But it goes beyond "whites work at CFA and blacks work at mcdonalds". Like I said this is 100% on the companies themselves and how they choose to present their image to the public and to their customers. CFA hires people willing to work and fall in line with their vision. Mcdonalds will hire anybody.
Now, as to WHY it seems like more of the aforementioned people at CFA are white and more of the aforementioned people at mcdonalds are black...that's a different issue entirely.

I think once they gave me fried nuggets instead of the grilled, but that's all I can think of.

Actually, where i have problems with any fast food restaurant is when they have foreign workers on the drive up. They routinely get the order wrong because of language issues and the usually crappy microphone systems these restaurants all seem to use.
