Sort of spinoff: how many times has chick fila messed up your order?

I have eaten there more than any other fast food establishment except McDonalds and I can't recall a single time they have screwd up my order while the Golden Arches has fricked my order up so, so many times
I wonder what the difference between the two chains is? Managerial leadership? Hiring higher quality employees?
Surely there must be an obvious explanation

Once they gave us the wrong chicken product in the kid's meal. I'd wager they have the highest correct order percentage of fast food places I've eaten (other than Qdoba cuz they fix it right in front of you).

Not one time. The other places haven't much either though. I have had some rude workers at the other joints that make me not want to eat there.

Never chickfila knows how to hire a lot better than Mcdonalds

Once. But i used to work there so my orders are fairly complicated

Once: they gave me a regular spicy chicken sandwich when I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe. It was near a hoody mall on the edge of Houston and staffed with younger than usual employees, but still better than most fast food options.

Only one place has messed up my order to the point of aggrevation - Firehouse Subs.
CFA has given me the wrong sauce a time or two, or not enough sauce packets. I haven't eaten at McD's in several years but I can't recall any time they've ever messed up my order too bad.

Their service is amazing

When I worked there I was incharge of getting the food cooked, made and out to the 'baggers'. I would make all special orders and bag up sandwiches for inside and drive thru. One day we set a record of 157 cars in drive thru in 1 hour, plus the usually 12pm lunch rush (basically balls to the wall, and grill to grill in the lot). I think people who can handle these situations deserve the $15/hr wage. Not many people could do it and was very mentally demanding, especially when I strive to serve hot and fresh food, fast.
But yeah, Chickfila usually hires smarter people and puts the better ones of those in leadership positions.

I rarely eat there but I've never had a bad experience. I just wish they would stop being so stingy with those damn waffle fries.

Never.
Chick-Fil-A hires better quality employees and are better managed.

I wonder what it is in their employs that they target that makes them so much better at their jobs than other fast food workers?
Idk if they pay more or not but that would make sense

I'm not one to buy into this $15 fast food worker bs but I totally agree with people who handle this deserving $15/hr. I've been to CFA many times during the peak of lunch and am always amazed how they handle it

Never. On the flip side Wendy's and McDonald's always used to get my order wrong. Guess I'm racist now.

Just a few times. Got regular nuggets when I asked for grilled nuggets. Had pickles when I didn't want them. Etc.
TBH, there's not much they can mess up. I'm pretty sure 90% of the orders are chicken sandwiches or nuggets.

They have messed up my order a couple of times at least, but the way they handle it only makes me love them more.
