We aren't arguing that he isn't white anymore. We are simply saying that he could pass, chill out. I bet if you say some pure bred creoles it would blow your mind.

Technically both. Now I don't know who my cousin's dad was, but he is already pretty light skinned. So if he married at white woman (which he did) it wouldn't take much for the kids to come out pretty fair skinned.
Now I don't know what the kids will identify as. They're all under the age of 10 so I doubt this isn't a concern for them. But it will be interesting to see what happens in the future.
