To a certain degree but he also blew up a commercial plane. It led to his demise in the end but still zero f's given.

Also, Chapo has been and will be living his life on the run. Pablo never had to do that until the very end.

And another likeness is that after his last escape they knew that they had to kill Pablo, the same could be said of chapo.
Both men were being hunted by sf teams.

Agreed 100%. To me the difference is how they lived to spend thier fortunes. Until the end, Pablo did whatever he wanted. Chapo has been in jail or in the mountains for the last 20 or so years.
