Man that is awful. Glad you got past that. That could mess up someone forever.

When I was just a baby
My Mama told me, "Son
Always be a good boy
Don't ever play with guns, "
But I shot a man in Reno
Just to watch him die

If averaged out, I've had sex with one different woman per year. Starting at birth.

I saw someone die in front of me. I was at a college party standing in the front yard of the party house talking to a few girls. I was facing the intersection which means I was about 20 - 25 feet from the corner of two fairly high traffic streets.

A car pulled out into the intersection on a red light and then slammed on its breaks. The noise caused everyone in the yard to look up at the intersection and at that moment a man on a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed slammed into the side of the car.

His body shot forward like a bullet and hit the side of the car, and continued over the car and down the street a good 100 feet.

The impact of his body on the car broke off both of his legs at the knee, his two feet laying on the ground near the wrecked motorcycle.

The car sat there for a moment and then took off, fleeing the scene of the accident.

Suddenly a mass of college kids ran out into the intersection and down the road to help the victim. Immediately, a fist fight occurred over the victim's lifeless body between people who wanted to move his body to the sidewalk versus people who believed he shouldn't be touched in case he experienced back or spinal cord injuries.

I just stood there in a daze (probably shock) staring at his shredded legs. Literally his feet and lower legs from the knees down had been ripped off, and it looked nothing like the movies.

That's all I could think about...this is nothing like the movies! What the frick?

His legs weren't bleeding. There were just shreds of skin and a bit of bone peaking out underneath, but no blood.

His face had been ripped off from his long slide down the road and was a mass of blood. Actually, his face looked like he had been skinned. You could actually see muscle.

It was horrible.

But it was also like a dream. Literally time slowed down and I just hovered over the victim's body while drunk college girls screamed and wailed in shock, frat stars fought over what to do, and several level headed people legitimately tried to help the victim.

I just stood there staring at his shredded legs and skinned face and tuned out the chaotic scene occurring around me, the screams and wails and fistfights all muffled by one nagging thought. All I could think about was:

This is not like the movies.

Took a little to recover from that luckily I met my saviour/wife when I was 15 she saved me from all my troubles and never let me stay in my depressions. And never left me alone and now I have a lil girl on the way!

Wow! I appreciate you confiding in the board a secret like that. I wish you nothing but a great life going forward.

Many years ago, I was in a fight in a bar, I didn't start it,but I finished it.

I was outnumbered 4 against me,I'm no bad arse, but it was my day. I hurt 2 of them really bad, but I had never been to that place before, and nobody knew me there. It was a bloody mess, and I got the hell out of there and never looked back.

There's something really crazy happening in Missouri that has spread to other states which few people would believe but it's absolutely true. Involves law enforcement. Mind blowing and somewhat scary stuff.

Hint: If you come across an old well in the woods, just move on. Don't inspect it. There's a chance that you're being monitored...

sounds like a good plot for a movie.

I hope you remember your own advice.

The bait can be interesting huh?

I was playing laser tag once and a girl was running (strictly against the rules). She ran right into me and broke her nose. It was completely her fault, but it became the controversy of the party. Her dad was pissed and claiming lawsuit bullshite. Anyway, I never told. My guess is that they reviewed the video later on and realized she's a little dumb-shite so I never heard anything about it. Never told anyone before (at least no one that matters... I've told SOs and shite, but not even my family)

After a night of drinking last year, a buddy passed out. Thinking he was just drunk, we rolled him over on his side to preemptively prevent him from choking on his vomit. 30 minutes later, we went back to check on him. His lips were extremely blue and I immediately got that lump in my throat. I couldn't feel a pulse and didn't notice a breathing pattern. Thinking "this is not fricking happening", I pulled the phone from my pocket and held it under his nose to see if the screen would fog up. Nothing. Another friend and I began to give him CPR until the medics came. We were working on a dead friend for 20 minutes. The hardest thing I have ever experience. Took me a while to recover from that.

Unless you did something serious (murder, rape, ect.) it's not as long as you'd think. If it's been over 5 years, you're probably good

I have no idea. I'm assuming it was alcohol poisoning.

Probably so, or actually did puke and it stuck in his throat. Bad deal regardless.
