These Atlanta v. NOLA things get tiresome. I'm not going to change the minds of anyone about Atlanta and you're not going to change the minds of people that dislike NOLA. It's just that simple.

I like real cajun and creole food. The problem is a lot of places over do it and all you get are over spiced crap. It happens here with tex mex as well.

I love visiting NOLA but I'm not sure I would love living there.

I'd never live in the quarter, but the Warehouse District and Uptown are some of the best places to live in the south.

Uptown seems like it can be a clusterfrick too from when I've been there in terms of parking/getting around/ housing. Don't know much about the Warehouse District.

Then why do you always engage?
Besides, we're really not even talking about Atlanta anymore.

The area immediately around Tulane can be tough sometimes but for the most part it's like any other major city.
Warehouse district is downtown. It's awesome. Pretty much where 20-30 year olds live. WHD is filled with a ton of awesome bars, restaurants, stores, etc.

Honorable Mention for Savannah, Ga
Pretty badass city, just not as much shite to do as ATL, NO, Houston, etc
