INTJ also. Took this test twice more than ten years apart and had the same results.

How much stock do you put into these kinds of tests when they try to use your type to determine career paths?

Zero. People will alter their "job personality" to a wide degree. Sure there are introverts and natural leaders, but that's all so adaptable. Some guy that's super chill and introverted gets promoted and becomes a super strict slave driver all the time.
