USPS can never be self sufficient. Deliver every day to every location in the US, no matter how remote.Retirement must be fully funded. If you say, give it to UPS or FedEx, they don't not have the infrastructure. Also, those two, along with Amazon are the USPS' largest customers....

I had LASIK done is 2002 at 46. Best decision of my life. 67 now and still 20/20, but have had to wear readers for 10 years. A Godsend....
