I don't get that impression. Just media loves rodents - squirrels and chipmunks are just rats and mice with better PR - and the reality is the opposite.
Monkeys are closest to humans in DNA but dogs and cats are our primary pets. It is all marketing.

I apologize. I didn't intend making you feel bad. I think the timing of our posts, for me, was off because of my rapt attention to what was going on with the NCAA tournament. I didn't see your post until this morning.
I'm sure you're a nice guy and you were concerned about your kids first and foremost. You're a great Dad.

As far as game goes, it's good but doesn't approach fresh rabbit, venison, or gator. IMO
There isn't food on earth that approaches venison.

Snakes are evil and must be destroyed. I live by this general rule: if it has more than 4 legs (spiders), or less than 2 (snakes), I don't want it anywhere close to me.

Popeyes fried chicken pretty much destroys venison.

It was. I understand the need to not kill every snake and I don't. I shouldn't be such a jerk to defend my e-cred.
I should have reponded earlier but I've been at soccer games all morning.
The aforementioned fearless 4 year old scored 7 goals this morning in a 10-3 beat down. I wish I had half energy he does.

Every dad should be a great dad. Best job in the world if you are up to making the commitment.
