When I clicked the link, I was thinking, "please be white."
Thanks a lot for being so unbearable that this is an actual thought of mine, MSNBC.

The designer "LSD" knock-offs going around are horrible shite. A kid from Austin attending UA died within the past two years from taking that stuff on campus. He went into severe seizures and it took the hospital staff several hours to get him to stop seizing. He died from heart failure three weeks later. Please get the word out to young people that what you might be purchasing as LSD these days could be something much more sinister and it could kill you.
Found the news story about this kid. LINK

Between this jackass and the sex offender who tried beating a cop with handcuffs and ended up getting shot, it's been rather eventful here...

Did you like the music? I have been seeing Panic since the early 90's. The scene has really changed since I first started. Used to be a bunch of frat guys drinking beer and smoking bud. Much different these days.

I went in with an open mind and really tried to give it a chance, but no I couldn't get into it. Singing one line and then having open jams with seamingly no direction for half an hour just isn't my thing I guess.
I find myself in an interesting situation as far as my taste in music. Other than old classic rock, my favorite genres are heavy metal and depths of the hood rap, and I will get beat up at concerts for either.

I can respect that. I am very nostalgic about them. It's not what it once was for me, but I can still go have a great time with my old crew.
But FRICK a puppy pulling Wook. Nasty badtards.

From what I understand they haven't been the same since their guitarist died back in the early 2000s.
But yeah it was probably the people that ruined a lot of it for me. Young kids from well to do families who were normal just a couple of years ago, and now wear tie die and head bands, talk about the vibes, and dance around like Pentecostals. The whole scene was ridiculous.
I would imagine old school hippies resent them. The ones these days are cliche to the extreme. You don't all the sudden actually start liking jam bands and talking about political undertones within a year of you starting to experiment with acid.

Everything you posted is true.
I can imagine that scene turns a lot of the casual music person off.
Sturgill Simpson's fans look just like Panic's original fanbase. I'm sure that will change too once they notice he is 'heady'.
I hate these things happen with the band attached to it. 'I heard another person OD'd at the concert of that band you like.'
Sigh

I feel you boss, and I definitely didn't hate the music, I respected many of the things they did as musicians, just really not my cup of tea.
But I'm surprised there weren't a handful of deaths or near deaths at the show. It was one of the hottest events I've ever been to, and that mixed with a bunch of X ain't a good combo.

the guy was a irresponsible retard. The cops actually didn't do anything wrong.

Other than hogtying an asthmatic person who was overdosing, you are 100% correct.
