I do wonder whats so oppressive about a list that's already required to be maintained by the dealer being made available to law enforcement. But hey, we gotta be up in arms over something right

Google Oakland CA gun stores and look at the map. SF is literally encircled by gun stores all over the Bay Area. Pretty sure there is a demand for firearms.

You can infer, or continue to miss the simple point that rights would not be stripped, just made more cumbersome.

It's none of the governments business, back building cases, right to privacy, freedom of association....

Great. Your initial post claimed the lack of gun stores was evidence of the infringing of rights. That's an inncorrect statement. I challenged you on it and you brought up judges. I asked what judges had to do with my previous post and you started talking
about court cases from around the country and called me a liberal based off like three post of mine. This has been our interaction thus far.

I'm sure you equally wouldn't mind a Gov't list of people who have certain views. Or that volunteer politically. I mean, heck.. it's not like the Gov't could ever use any kind of list of individuals to strip them of things later on. That sort of thing has NEVER happened in the history of mankind, has it?

Let me give some help here, Marines usually need lots of help, Federal Judges agree with me and are putting their heel to laws like this as many posters above have cited and reaffirmed.

It's very typical of a Marine to be a Statist drone.

YOU frickING IDIOT JUDGES HAVE USED THE LACK OF GUN STORES IN MUNICIPALITIES IN IL , MD, DC AS EXAMPLE OF CITIZENS GUN RIGHTS BEING RESTRICTED.

this is upsurd. Calm down nancy. There are no gun stores in my hometown, are the citizens rights there being infringed?

Also can you link and maybe copy and paste the judges words where they said the lack of gun stores in a certain location is in and of itself clear evidence of the infringement of rights. Maybe call me a liberal again because you are a beast at spotting my political views based off less than 10 posts in this thread.

So are you still insisting San Franciscans would not be able to possess weapons? Yes or no? That is what has been repeated, and just want to clarify if you are in that group.

Your not being forced to give any information to the government. Only if you want to buy a gun.

Also if you want to drive a car. But whatever.

I see. You don't like people loading up on things they can use to harm you.

People bitch if there's little gun control, or too much gun control. Bottom line, people bitch

I tend to like liberty, but I understand it's not real popular these days.

Same effect, when they require citizens to abide to an unlawful registry of their firearms. Submit to illegal records of their ownership or don't buy.

I don't agree with this law but this is the dumbest argument in the entire thread. For over 20 years the federal government has required a picture ID and registration from every licensed dealer in the country for every firearm transaction.

WTF are you babbling about?
