The Panhandle is where all the trashy SEC fans who don't have beaches where they live migrate to for vacation. It's cheap & trashy. Poor bastards think that's the nicest part of the GoM.....

30A is mostly upper middle class to wealthy people. PCB is trashy and poor SEC fans.

The class of people that vacation in PCB as opposed to on 30A is still different though. The poor people aren't buying condos. They're staying int he cheap hotels in PCB.
