You're a liar. You didn't answer yes or no in the other thread and that's what started this thread

You can't say yes or no to this question, because you know you don't believe it's right. Just be honest

Yes or No?

And this is your interpretation correct?

You should read some of it sometime. Nowhere in the Bible or should any pastor/preacher/priest say that Jesus was God.

quote:

If he is, then he 100% was the Old Testament God. If he was the Old Testament God, he changed. God doesn't change.

See above.

No. My interpretation is he isn't real. At least the God of yours and the Jews bible.

Do you believe the verse, sarge? Is the bible wrong to suggest doing that to a young girl?

No, I'm pretty sure that's your interpretation as several here have disagreed (and quoted evidence to support their answers).

So what exactly is it that makes your interpretation correct and above all others? That seems awfully pompous and self righteous.

What he needs is to get popped upside his head, like any rogue poster who doesn't know when to move on from their folly

Sarge, yes or no. Do you believe we should stone girls or not for premarital sex?

Yes.

But.

There is a difference between Mosaic, Levitical, and New Testament Law. Additionally, we are gentiles, not old testament Jews. So that further separates us from it. I could go farther, but I left you a small Avenue for rebuttal there, I can't wait to see if you take the road I left open.

And supposedly you went to seminary, so I'm sure you knew what I posted.

Jesus never once proclaimed to be God in the Bible.

Well I've personally never heard of or seen a story in the news about a husband returning his new bride to her father claiming that he was not satisfied with his sexual experience and claiming she must not have been a virgin.

Does this happen in Chattenooga often?

Old Testament vs. New Testament will be the go-to answer for Christians. And yes, that's a bit of a cop-out. But it doesn't answer the all-important question: What the actual frick is your problem? Why do you do this? It's hard to believe a flaming atheist a-hole could find his way to secrant.com, but you may be the one exception. Here to learn us. Dick.

When Sarge says "yes" (which he won't) than we will take the next step and talk about the consistency of God through his covenants. This is a one step at a time discussion. Most discussions about the bible need to be or else it will just be a spackling party of throwing some faith on what you don't have an answer for.

So once again, this thread is simple.

Sarge just has to say he believes Dueteronomy or that he doesn't believe the bible cover to cover.

Couldn't be an easier thing to ask someone to do.
