I see your point but there's a difference here, one is by choice and the other is by force. The ends may be similar but the means differ. Neither is "better" or "worse", they just are.

This happens with minorities as well who deliberately hire inside their own race to help themselves. It's a natural part of life.
Whites are the only ones demonized for doing so.

To be fair I'm a condescending a-hole to everyone regardless of race. I just don't like people who play victim or complain about problems while blaming others. People like that I will condescend.
I know some successful black people and when I talk to them I am just as respectful to them as anyone. For example if I met Tbird IRL then I would treat him just as good as any respectful white person.
My OP isn't condescending, everything I addressed can be proven a statistical fact to be a problem among the black community. Facts are facts. It doesn't mean that I think there aren't responsible black people. I truly want every person to succeed at a high level because I love my country And I can't stand to see the direction it is heading. But people can't discuss the facts and issues without being branded racist

I said this earlier -- that it didn't detract from the points put forth.
Apparently it's a white thing to dress nice, be respectful and gain an education.
Literally said a few pages back: "Hispanics can enjoy parts of White Privilege..." by Tele I think.

I deleted him form my fb when I saw his post, so that's probably why he doesn't know who I am.
