I make about 20 dollars an hour (250 pesos) but only work about 10 hours a week -- I make as much as a four year degree holder makes in spite of working only a fraction of the time.
$200 a week?

Indeed. Well, more around 250 after adjusting a bit. 12,000 pesos is about 3,000 pesos more than what most bachelor's make starting out.

Do you do any Citizens Police Academy type stuff? Good for recruiting and good for public relations (seems to be good in cities with 75K or more)
Yeah, I coordinate the Citizens' Police Academy for my department. The school district also has a Law Enforcement program, so we coordinate with the district on that training. There is also a certain classification of citizens who, if they want police services, don't call the Police Department, but rather the City Manager's cell phone. I work those cases because they can be politically sensitive for the Chief. I'm really a "Hey, boy" for the Chief. I don't complain though. Keeps me out of the weather for the most part and I get Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and the holidays off.

Business Management degree.
Very much regret getting a degree in how to win at capitalism.
Work at a winery.
Do vineyard work and winemaking mostly. Also do some deliveries, sales, and help in the restaurant on the weekends.

What state do you work in?

Missouri.
Our area was the first designated wine district in the country.

and before that worked for Enterprise for 6 1/2 years.
I've heard Enterprise is, perhaps, the shadiest bunch of MFers in the business world.
What was your experience there like?

Not bad, does your work change seasonally? What's the worst part of the year; the best?

It was great. The only reason I left was because at one point either my husband or I would have to leave. He's still there, but I knew as a female in the business world I needed to make the change before my draft stock went down, and he had the better career path.

Beautiful.
They just opened up a new winery here in NWA called Sassafras Springs, I thought you might work there. What kind of wine do you guys specialize in? Options down here are limited due to the climate.

Degrees in Northern Studies (UAF) and Secondary Ed (UAS)
I've held several dozen jobs since, can't figure out what I want to do when I grow up. I've taught school, been a bouncer, musher, estimator, salesman, guide, lobbyist/consultant, managed the local division of a cruise line, taught school and several other things. Right now, doing some sales/PR work.

I've heard very mixed things, but I've gathered if you drink the kool-aid and bust your arse, you're handsomely rewarded. That goes for any corporate job, but seems to be extreme with ERAC.
