Also save all your bones from meat and boil them down for some stock. Makes for an incredible braising liquid. Soups. A little in a tomato sauce...

Try to use every bit I can from everything I buy and it's mostly healthy.

I'm generally a pretty easy going guy, but the second I step into a grocery store I develop a burning hatred for every person I see.

Sometimes I think that there is a large conspiracy where the patrons of the store have coordinated their placement and movements such that they maximize the time it takes me to get everything I need.

I never cease to be amazed at people's lack of awareness in public places, especially grocery stores. Like, you don't have to have eyes in the back of your head to be conscious of your surroundings and sense that someone is beside you or behind you and trying to get by. I've also never understood people who just take something off the shelf and study it for 10 minutes in the middle of an aisle like it's a diamond.

So many times I've wanted something that someone else was blocking while they just stared at something they picked up.

What bothers me is how the local wal-marts drop PALLETS of junk all around the store which makes getting around much more difficult. A lot of them aren't even really displays, just a pallet with the plastic wrap cut off.

If I'm at walmarks then it always grinds my gears because of the trash that is in it. Then checking out is a fricking nightmare. If i go to hi neighbor or alberton's then I'm usually good unless they take a retarded long time with something i need from the seafood/butcher shop.

If I go to trader Joe's then it is like heaven. Easy to get in and get out and no lines at checkout.

Do you people have no women to do this?

I'd rather do it myself. I do 95% of the cooking so I know what I want/need for anything I'm cooking. I've sent her before with a list of what I needed and I'm lucky if she gets half of it right. It's taken me almost 10 years but she just recently learned to buy butter instead of that terrible tub margarine crap. And she doesn't even drink milk, but rest assured she's bringing home a gallon of nasty arse skim milk if milk is on the list. I could go on and on, but I'll stop.

Don't ever go to Disney World if this bothers you. It is the worst place in the world for experiencing this. People walking in front of you just stop and pull out their map trying to figure out where to go next.

I do the cooking, even though she's pretty good in the kictchen. I'm just better. So I do most of the shopping. I know what we need. She just points out the deals and tells me to load up on certain things. Can't beat a good team.

I dont understand a guy that can't cook. It really ties you down in a relationship if you can't prepare your own meals. Me and the girl will split stuff depending on what we are cooking.

Yep. She makes the list of essentials(bread, milk, lunch stuff, etc.) and I make the menu and list of stuff needed for the menu.

In south louisiana it's a sin for a man not to be able to cook. What gets me is how many women can't cook today.

it is rather disturbing how many can't cook today. America is all about fast food and lack of cooking skill compared to other countries, the exception being south LA

My problem is that I like spicy and adventurous cooking and foods while my wife would eat a plain hamburger if I'd make her one.

It makes enjoying cooking a little more difficult having to basically make two different things for dinner and its usually twice as expensive.

I guess its a good thing in that I don't just nonstop waste money on indulgent cooking exercises.

I mean it's partially a time thing and partially fast food is easier than cooking yourelf. More so when you can't make anything tasty anyway.

It's worth learning though. I can make some restaurant quality food for cheap at the house now. I guess bitches realized all we wanted were a nice arse and some titties to grab and that cooking was just gravy. I figure that's why most learned in the oldern days.

Yeah, you might want to calm down on that. I get annoyed when people get in my way, but I don't give 2 fricks about what they are putting into their cart as long as they aren't in my way when they are doing it.

its funny i can make a good healthy meal all week long and do it for cheaper than i could eat canes, mcdonalds and whataburger all week. I agree it is a time thing and easier thing but it leads to the mostly disgusting fat culture that is running rampant here. We also have a pretty shitty work schedule in America compared to how other places handle business.
