Agreed.

Meh on the first, agree with you on the second, and the third I don't personally support (I test drove it before I shopped for a rock, gnomesayin'? ). I do support them overall though. They do a ton of good in a time when the traditional family's value has eroded somewhat.

LOL,of course it is.

I think you are dead on right, in what you said." They should be able to refuse anybody they want, and then let that group picket, protest, whatever. That is the fair way. However, certain groups are afraid of this type of sensible action, because they know that they wont have popular support. They need to use underhanded tactics.

Okay, auggie, let's see if you agree with this:

An auto business operated by gay people is selling their cars at a $5,000 discount to fellow gays. You've been shopping for the very car they're selling for a long time because you think it's the perfect vehicle.

You come to terms with the salesman and then he asks, "Are you gay? I'm asking because our company gives an additional $5,000 off to gay people."

You say, "Hell no, I'm not gay but I want the discount."

Salesman says, "Sorry."

Is this acceptable discrimination to you?

Long enough to know that I will defend my beliefs on my own property, and any other person can do the same. They have that right.Seems fair to me.

If you want to get married on a farm, then go buy one.

I know you weren't asking me, but I'm gonna answer.

Yes, that is acceptable, they made a choice to turn down my business by selective price gouging. And like a reasonable human being, I will take my business elsewhere and inform everyone of their bigotry.

Seriously? If they want to ruin their business by doing something like that, it is their right to do so, and it is my right to boycott them.

If you are opening up your private property for public commerce, the rules change. Serious question not meant to be offensive in any way, did you ever receive any education past high school?

Taking your business elsewhere isn't always possible, especially not at the same price or opportunity cost. If you're widely discriminating for any reason, you are destroying free markets. This caveat of "take my business elsewhere" isn't a real world option every single time. Not every business operates like a Starbucks. How do you not get this.

Fortunately, it's your right to sue them. Thankfully there are laws to protect people such as you.

The owners fricked up. They should have set the date, then cancelled the gays later on citing some real but bullshite excuse never mentioning gays.

There isn't just one motel in Atlanta, but that doesn't mean you can refuse all black people a room. How do you not get this?
