I have no problem with him being allowed to have, and semi-anonymously voice, his own opinions. He's human -- that's natural.

Evidently you missed the part where he posted details about closed private proceedings on a public forum.

Nah, I wouldn't call it "hurt feelings;" it's more about having someone who is trustworthy, impartial, and exercises good judgment in such a position of power, and holding ones in those positions accountable for their actions, and yes, their public statements. The citizens (voters) in his district actually have one less "problem," now.

Great link.

Also awesome publicity for TD.

It's kind of weird to see something I look at & participate in regularly to be mentioned & shown on television and in newspapers pretty much everywhere.

I'm sure chicken loves owning the site the racist judge posted on.

Obviously, the owner of the site did nothing wrong, and no one believes that. As a matter of fact, it is this site that made it possible for the people who were directly affected by this judge to be able to read for themselves the judge's own statements concerning the incredibly offensive & inflammatory things he apparently thinks and believes, not to mention his comments regarding privileged proceedings. The only person responsible for any of this is the one who posted those comments.

There are public forums all over the internet. No one believes the comments and opinions of the posters reflect those of the owners any more than the opinions of people who write or call in to "news" television shows or who write in to the editorial section of newspapers reflect the opinions of their respective owners. And I'm pretty sure the "racist judge" isn't the only racist on this site. It just so happens he's an elected official. "His bad" that he chose to make that public.

It's just a bad association. That's all I'm saying.
