It's not normal statistically speaking, even in the animal kingdom. Clearly there is a biological/psychological difference...that certain elements within the liberal wing try to sort of sweep under the carpet.

All of them are technically sexual deviations from the norm -- while not directly analogous they do fall into the category of statistical minority (by a long shot).
Perversion is the wrong word to use, I think, and religiously charged to some degree.

Because sympathy is seen for the "unhealthy" sterile person who wants kids but can't produce. The other doesn't take advantage of the opportunity at a life desired by the sterile person.

dumbest argument in the history of dumb arguments. there is no animal in history that chooses homosexual sex for life when there is a viable option from the opposite gender. it is always in the sustained absence of the opposite sex.
also, animals eat their own and engage in genocide and beat each other to death for mating. that's not a part of the love cycle i think humans need to emulate.
that's like saying since stonehog can't get laid, he's just naturally a homo.

She's actually right on this one but -- nonetheless -- we don't ever go to them for morality, I have no idea why we should start right now.
I think the gay community has the biggest buffer on these kinds of things.
Like transsexual operations -- I think it's the only time when psychiatrists actually suggest that a patient delves deeper into their illness.
They don't prescribe scalpels to people who cut, why the change in treatment for people who fall into the LGBT sphere?
This is within that scope, they just can't even be called different.
