Three students of color at the University of Alabama aren't waiting for a professor or administrator to facilitate a conversation on race. They're bringing the issue straight to their fellow students. Seniors Amanda Bennett, SGA President Elliot Spillers and A.J. James produced a brief video, directed by fellow student Patrick Maddox, highlighting the racism that they've experienced on campus.

My god. Its like every segment of the SJW community is fighting to see who can get the most attention. This year so far SJWs have blasted the public with #blacklivesmatter, #gamergate, #istandwithAhmed, #iamCait and now the higher ed racism with #ConcernedStudent1950.

Twitter is the worst invention ever.

And, unfortunately, helps make certain that it will be another 40 years before the next one.

I'm sure they can't wait to get into the real world, where huge problems like name calling will ease the burdens they experience. It'll practically be a Utopia.

People thought that shite at Mizzou was funny...things are about to heat up for college football and basketball. Everybody about to come out about their experiences with racsim. Those athletes will listen to their friends, family, etc. If they say don't play, whitey hates you...they'll listen.

I actually don't have a problem with the video. It was good. A million times better than the Mizzou approach.

That video was pretty powerful and very well done.

It's a much, much more effective mode of relaying their message than what the students at Mizzou chose to do, IMO.
