He has recruited

Cullen VanLeer - unranked 3 star
Kevin Puryear - unranked 3 star
Terrence Phillips - top 150 3 star
Russell Woods - unranked 3 star
Martavian Payne - unranked 3 star
Reed Nikko - unranked 3 star
Mitchell Smith - unranked 3 star
Willie Jackson - unranked 3 star
KJ Young - 4 star

Our 2015 class is ranked somewhere between 12th and 14th in the SEC. 2016, we will be dead last in the SEC in recruiting and it won't be close.

You need to stop talking about things you don't know anything about.

You just cited rankings as proof of your argument, jagoff. You painted yourself into a corner. That's not my fault.

I cited his recruits and what they are. I didn't paint myself into any corner.

You cited their rankings by the star system. How do you think they rank the classes of the various schools? By their stars.

I can hold your hand and point you to the next dot to connect to, if you'd like. The 3 is after the 2.

Yes but top 150 is irrelevant

Sure. Kim English, Marcus Denmon and Mike Dixon are exactly the same caliber as Cullen VanLeer and Martavian Payne.

I will guarantee you that neither Payne nor VanLeer will match the statistics or impact of either English, Denmon or Dixon. The talent just isn't there and it's easy to see even now.

If you don't think there's a difference between an unranked 3 star and a top 150 3 star (as a general rule), then there's no difference between a top 150 and a 4 star.

Sometimes the ranking systems are wrong. Lawrence Bowers was an unranked 3 star. Puryear is an unranked 3 star. I expect Puryear to have a similar career to Bowers, and that's a good thing. But there's a reason our recruiting class was ranked 12th in the SEC. Because it was unimpressive.

Next year's class is worse. That's not a good trend line.

Vanleer could just as easily turn into a 3pt specialist like Matt Lawernce. Payne could be a solid player. Wayne Seldon was supposed to be a 1 and done and he is no where near. MU has lived off undervalued recruits. Look at all the players on the football team. Most of Mizzou's most recent Stars were under the radar guys. While Ben Mclamore, Otto Porter, Bradly Beal, Tyler Hansborough, Ben Hansborough, David Lee all leave Missouri.

VanLeer could turn into another unrated 3 star Matt Lawrence. You are correct.

Payne hasn't set foot on the court. I expect him to have less impact on Mizzou basketball than Teki did.

Wayne Selden is averaging 15 points (more than any Mizzou player is) for a 10-1 top 10 team. He may not be a 1 and done, but he's better than any player Mizzou has and it's not close.

Ummmm, didn't I read that KA gave him his walking papers and told him he's free to talk to other schools? Maybe it was bad reporting.
