Some of the reasons being thrown around was Patterson's assistants not being paid as much in the bevo12 as the SEC. Another was being bent over by the bevo12 last year along with the instability of the big bevo12. Just what was thrown out there as reasons he might jump. His OC is also being pursued for a HC job. The OP was getting this info from TB. Whether it's credible who knows.

Has anyone with connections heard anything along these lines? Just curious. With some talk about diversions to keep an unknown candidate out of the media, it kind of makes sense being his name hasn't been thrown around much at all. But there realistically there probably isn't mich to it.

So is Kilgores plan A Patterson and plan b Fedora? He hinted at Fedora over a week ago on Twitter.

That makes sense. but i would still have Herman in the mix. rhodes could simply text him a question mark as the interview and have the answer one way or another.
