I will be more than happy to apologize if I'm wrong but I've seen this shite before. From what I'm reading, I think she's full of shite and the student board is just a witch hunt by a bunch of academicians who are pissed that they never could play a sport and are jealous of the "fame" and "attention" the athletic teams get. If there was anything to it, charges would be filed. If you can't file charges, it's bull shite. I'm not even saying get a conviction, the fact they can't even file charges should tell you enough. It's bull shite and Mike is getting fricked. Like I said, I'm more than willing to apologize and see Mike get sent away to prison if I'm wrong, but that's my take based on what I've seen.

The difference is the football team actually did get raped. Sorry but now I'm hearing not even a police report filed when the alleged rape occurred. No police report. Almost enjoying taking credit for Dixon not playing. Going public at all. Not enough to file charges much less convict. Sorry. Not hearing yet to change my mind and in the meantime, if that's accurate, Dixon is getting fricked. Again, if he did it, charge him and send him up the river. Otherwise, you're fricking with someone's life with no basis.

Mike Dixon does look like a creep. This fits my perception of him perfectly.
The girl does look bat shite crazy (looks like an Alien in her twitter pic). Her tweets were emotionally driven and weird, clearly attention seeking.
Looks like two people that should have never come in contact with each other.

Don't disagree but that isn't enough to keep someone off of the basketball court. Either one should be thrown in jail or at least charged or should be allowed on the Court. Not this other bull shite going on in pseudo courtrooms with pseudo judges on power trips.

I agree, and also disagree that Dixon won't be back anytime soon. It was much easier for them to keep this under wraps whenever it wasn't so glaringly obvious to the public what Dixon was suspended for. The fact that as other's have pointed out the prosecutor didn't bring charges, and yet he is still being punished for it brings up lots of questions.
I think the university will attempt to handle this quickly now that it has come to light.

If I'm on the jury, from what I have seen from her twitter "testimony", she is a lying, attention seeking, jilted hussy who is attempting to unleash the wrath of a woman scorned. Fortunate for Mike, she doesn't seem to have the mental acuity to pull it off. He'll be back on the court by conference play.

I think Aux Arc is referring to Kimmie and the accuser on Twitter the other night.

Semo, you hit the nail on the head. The girl's own words bolded. I seriously cannot believe he has been suspended based on this shite. I said it before, I'll say it again, I'll apologize if I'm wrong and will call for Dixon to be thrown in prison if something else comes out, but based on everything I've read, this is sickening. Dixon is missing out on his senior year of college and basketball. Forget how much he could help the team, he is being robbed of that.
Does anyone have a link with the actual police report. I've been looking and can't find it. Seems it's on TB somewhere but with that format I can't find it.

I don't think the full police report is there, but the Tribune article Waletnik wrote has all the details you'd probably want. I was a little uncomfortable reading it, TBH - like really bad, boring porn.
