That's the wrong question to ask in recruiting, the one you should ask is, who excites you?
Outside of Foster and Bailey I'm not excited by much of anything in this class. It looks like more of the same.

Collins has an ACL injury.
Ballard may come in and start right away.
Davis, not technically in this class will be here in January. He likely plays as a freshman.

Technically neither of those guys are part of the 2018 class.
Let's talk actual 2018 Freshman, who has Barry recruited so far that gets you even remotely excited?
Meanwhile there's 5 or 6 guys in Missouri that area playmakers that he's whiffing on.
I'd imagine that if this class finishes outside the top 50, which is very well might, people will be singing a different tune.

why Would juco players not be included in this class.
There really only 2 local players that Mizzou has missed on. With 4 more still uncommitted. Play well for the rest of the season and Mizzou can get 2-3 of them.
Play poorly and BO will be game, then the next coach can try recruiting them.

I don't count JUCO players that were already prior committed. Strong for the instance was counted twice, so is Ballard. He committed to a previous class and is becoming eligible in 2018.
If you want to count Ballard, count him in the original class is committed to.

FSU is 2-4 this year. Most of that is due to the starting QB having a major knee injury.

I Never said Foster sucks. I have openly opined that he was a decent to good pick up at the time and since. Of course next to your "maginations" that he was a D.Foster type savior and that his recruting cache would most likely land BO a good recruiting class just by himself,,Given that juxtaposition I could almost understand that you actually believe I said he sucks. P.S. Point may become moot. The cluster#$@# can be seen and stench of coaching incompetence all the way to Alabama. LDJ withdrew his verbal, Tank Collins all but out of the picture, so we know the shitstorm embarassment has extended past our borders.(local recruits were the first to smell what BO was cookin]
