Getting a little ahead of myself, but 2017 RB from Central in St. Joseph. Like how he lowered his shoulder on that first play.

247

HUDL

ETA-Make that the first 3 runs as I'm watching it for the first time. Kid doesn't shy away from contact.

I don't know the competition he's playing, but assuming it's quality, I really like that kid's tape. Good burst through the hole. Loves contact. Hates going down. I guarantee you that half of those plays Witter would have gone down for a short gain. This kid ain't coming down if there ain't more than 2 guys tackling him. And he's not that huge. Elusive. Throws guys to the ground with his straight arm. Like this kid's tape. Missouri kid in 2017. Any of y'all familiar with him or his team?

I think Johnson and Hilton are. Possibly Wingo but I like him more on the outside. Brown is better suited for the outside imo.

Without even scrolling down I knew this was a veiled comparison to Witter.

You know it's bad when the inability to take/break contact is directly tied to one name.

Chow wouldn't do anything for recruiting the SEC footprint, but I bet he could go to California and get Mizzou a 4* QB every year. Maybe even a few highly rated OL. Guys name is huge in California.

Harry Ballard will be at the game Thursday. I hope he has gotten his academics in order because he's been getting some pretty high praise on the local scene here.

247 has Bledsoe a heavy Oklahoma lean with his home state Kansas second.

I agree he's a bit more of an Oklahoma lean right now, but he has already visited them too which has a lot to do with it. Everything I've read recently never mentions ku at all, they're just on his list as a courtesy, I would be absolutely shocked if he committed to them. Rivals had a report a week ago saying it was between Mizzou and OU.

I think its smart for a kid to include his hometown team in his list until he commits. Im sure theres a lot of pressure there for him but why would he really consider ku?

Bledsoe will have to be really special to avoid a redshirt year at Mizzou.

3 freshmen & 2 sophomores make up the DE 2 deep.

He's 6'5" 272 at the beginning of 2015, by Spring 2016, he's probably a quick DT at 280-285. He could see some snaps next year with Coach Kul, IMHO.

On a side note...How many friggin 4 star, DE's does Michigan State need, and why don't these Illinois kids consider Mizzou?

The top 5 DTs also return and Brantley will be back.

He might be good enough to pass Williams as the 5th DE. But would be 6 or 7th at best at DT.

2017 is probably the earliest he or the 4 star DE from Rock Bridge can see anything other than a special teams player.

Outstanding recruiting expert Danny Heitert talks regional recruits and Mizzou recruiting.

This will be the best 10-12 minutes you'll spend while surfing the internet. LINK

D. Heitert is like listening to the high school talent scout of the late college scout Joel Bushbaum.
