Can we not fire this man and replace him with someone who will stay out of the way? I have 0 emotional or intellectual connection to anyone who is in the way of football progress at MSTATE.

I guess Brown wanted an Edible Arrangement per week...cookies from the bakery....a ball of Edam for Christmas? Seriously, you guys are getting way too worked up over an 18 year old kid. The only thing I find interesting in all of this was I was under the impression he wanted to get out of state, which was what I actually heard him say over a year ago (he wasn't talking Ole Miss or Bama at the time, it was somewhere else). If he was determined to get away from Starkville (for whatever reason), then it was always going to be. The Ole Miss angle is a strange twist though. Maybe it was a compromise between the player and the parents, get away from home but not too far away? Who knows, but time to let it go.

Our recruiting staff looks to basically take every other year off. It's pitiful but look at 12/14/16, all down classes.
