That's awesome.

Should be an instant plug and play for Pirtle. Cohen has done a great job pulling players from JUCO.

I feel like people are not mentioning Swinarski (for the OF) at all when talking about next year. Guy was a big prospect coming out of high school....I would think he will get some playing time next season.

Yeah, it's easy to forget that he should be playing high school right now

No particular order:
CF: Brown
LF: Vickerson
RF: Swinarski
2B: Heck
SS: Holland
3B: Britton
1B: Rea/Humphreys
DH: Garner/Vallot
C: Collins
With a weekend rotation of Fitts/Mitchell/Brown. Could be a pretty solid team.

Doubt Vallot makes it to campus.

Hudson might be one of those starters

Yeah, but if he does he will play.

Well I definitely hope so. Also Woodruff may finally get it together (miracles happen sometimes).

Chattahoochee Valley’s sophomore shortstop, John Holland, made his commitment to Mississippi State University on Tuesday afternoon and will sign his NLI in the upcoming April signing period.
John’s commitment makes the 7th Division 1 signee of the 2014 sophomore class. The former Florida State infielder, and younger brother of former Pirate, Ryan Holland, has made the long trek back to major Division 1 college baseball. After starting as a true freshman at FSU in the College World Series, a minor back surgery forced him to take a redshirt in 2013.
Wanting a fresh start, John transferred to CVCC and has been a juggernaut in the ACCC since his arrival. Thus far, Holland is in the top 10 in nearly every meaningful offensive category in the ACCC, as he is hitting .381, with 27 runs scored, 37 hits, 4 doubles, 4 triples, 3 homers, 25 RBI’s, and 11 stolen bases. Additionally, he is the top fielding shortstop in the league, committing only 3 errors on the year and posting a .974 fielding percentage.

Started as a freshman at a major program and hit .324 in ACC play. Impressive get.

Right now he's hitting .419, with 9 doubles, 7 triples, 4 homers and 37 RBIs. That article must be a little outdated.

And Wes Rea strikes out. Imagine that.

Rea doesn't give a frick anymore. Cohen needs to tell him to go. He is stealing ab's from people that want to get better.

His fielding has gone to shite too. Pull his arse.

Collins is going to be legit for us.
