Their production comes from their RB's because those are their best players.
Jake Fromm only had 15 passing attempts vs. UT. Why do more when you run 55 times for 294 yards? Oh by the way, Fromm also rushed for 2 TDs in that game, but hey apparently those don't count.
Against Vandy he had a very efficient day - threw for 2 TDs, but again, don't need him ran 54 times.
UF SHOULD BE DOING THE SAME frickING THING. But they insist on having Franks throw the ball 30+ times. Why? Arrogance is why.
Also, you say I'm reaching when I mention the talent Mac inherited on the defense. How the frick am I reaching? He took Will Muschamp's defense and won two SEC eastern division titles. Those weren't his defenses. Those were Muschamp's defenses. See what I did there? Not really fair.
That's like calling the 2006 national title team Ron Zook's team. It's bullshite.
I get it though, basically, in your mind, Kirby is shite and lucked into great talent. Fine.
In your mind, McElwain is amazing but just beset by unfortunate bad luck and will turn it around next year. Fine.
That is your opinion. You don't actually have facts to back it up.
You don't KNOW. Just like I don't know for sure.
So stop berating people about substance when you are just as full of shite as the rest of us.

The last part shows your joking . He could win out including the bowl game and potential SECCG and still would not get an extension.

didn’t you already make a ban bet?

HELL frickING NO ON THE EXTENSION.

How is this on McElwain that we didn't have a 5* quarterback?
It’s on Mac because he hasn’t been able to recruit a 5* QB. Both QBs that Played for Kirby were recruited by him and his staff. It’s not Eason was on the team when he took the job.

No, they absolutely were not. Eason started last year, and was not recruited by Kirby.

Uh Eason decommited following richt leaving. Kirby had to woo him back.

He visited uf for sure and I think flirted with Washington maybe?

So, the guy who targeted, recruited, got him to commit first and ultimately put Georgia on the radar is less responsible for the commitment than the guy who ''convinced him to stay''?

Did Mac get CeCe, Ivey or AC81 to commit or is WM responsible for them coming here?

Kirby gets credit for keeping him. Just like he would get credit for losing him.

Slayer you are showing ignorance about football my man. It is obvious to a blind man that teams are creeping up near the line of scrimmage to stop Malik Davis and Perine. Geez you show know that teams are forcing us to throw when we don't want to. They know Franks is a work in progress and will send safeties and LBs back only when its third and long.

No...
No, that's definitely not how that works, and I have to wonder if you legitimately feel that way.
TJ asked me about Jefferson and Ivey -- I give those to the University more than I do the coach.
No one should blame Kirby if he lost players from the class, that's not on his shoulders' at all -- for glory or for blame.
He was scouted, recruited and committed to the University under Richt -- Kirby just got him to come back. It's obvious who put in more labor, and to say that Richt gets NO credit, or even less than Kirby is just ludicrous.

So Richt was the head coach at UGA when Eason signed his LOI ? Yes or no ?
I thought Richt was fired and we tried to recruit Eason but he went to UGA and signed with Kirby .
I hope your a man of your of your word .

Man, guys, we're just going to have to call differences of opinion(s) on this specific thread.
I'm not going to give Kirby credit for Eason in the same way I won't even give McElwain credit for the 5*s that signed for the 2015 year.
I literally have a picture of Eason sitting with Richt in Dog gear and you guys are pretending like Kirby came in and miraculously signed someone who had already committed -- convincing someone to stay is not the same as scouting, recruiting and winning his commitment in any way, shape or form and you guys are really, really digging deep to find some way to rationalize otherwise.

I think we finish 6-5, somehow pulling a couple wins out of our asses between Mizzou, South Carolina, and FSU.
And then play in the Music City bowl versus Georgia Tech.

I don’t agree on the lack of credit for Kirby or any first year coach that solidifies a recruit. Including Mac. I don’t take credit away from richt either but listen fired coaches don’t sign recruits. Kirby closed that deal and he had a lot of competition.

It’s easy it’s a yes or no answers.
Was Kirby the head coach when Eason signed his LOI ?
Or maybe you prefer it worded different .
Was Eason on the roster when Kirby took over the team ?

So does that mean Mac is to blame for commits and heavy leans who went some where else after Muschamp was fired ?
You are the one digging deep that’s why your can even answer a simple yes or no question. You are the one who didn’t want give Muschamp credit for Brissett who wasn’t even commited to the team when he took over .
