Besides Gurley, what underclassmen will leave early? I think Floyd needs another year.

Great news on Theus. I'd say there's a 70% chance Floyd bolts for the NFL.

Jenkins is another one that's eligible to go that might consider it even though he definitely seems like another year would do him a lot of good.

And I assume Mitchell is staying. He really needs another year, especially one where he stays healthier.

i wish jenkins and floyd would stay...with the changes we have already seen from a Pruitt coached D, we could be lights out next year with that kind of seniority...

ETA: glad about Theus for sure

I think Jenkins stays, education seems important to his family and I do think with another monster year he could end up a 1st/2nd rounder.

Floyd might make it as a first rounder this year off of talent alone but I think with proper coaching he could end up a top 10/15 pick. I expect him to leave this year, though. I think Carter, Bellamy, and Brown are all more than capable of picking up any slack, though.

Was just looking at the depth chart and thinking the same thing. Was wondering about DT, though.
Who will be there? Could Trent Thompson step in as a freshman? Seems like a stretch....

Freshmen will play throughout the defense next year. Thompson will play a lot

Always good to have a solid vet on the OL. Especially at LT. Losing Andrews at C is going to be big hole to fill.

No matter what we think, and we may be right, when the dollars start waving in front of these 20 year olds all bets are off. After Chris frickin clemons left early I've never felt confident about anyone since.

With that said, I think we lose floyd for sure since he's being mocked in the first round. Last year I would've said Jenkins too but he hasn't really exploded this year, so who knows? I definitely think Malcolm comes back...after being injured for so long it'll certainly be in his best interest to get another year of film on him. If JSW played all 2014 like he did in 2013 pre-injury I could see him leaving, but I highly doubt it now since he's been MIA most of the season. Overall we might come out alright with returnees. One guy I'd be real worried about though is Colin Barber.

I think Floyd is gone but don't think we'll feel his loss that badly due to the talent backing him up. I also feel the same about Wilson/Herrera graduating. They were great players and we will miss the leadership, but Kimbrough and Carter are ready to rock. Don't think we see much fall off from our LB core next year despite the fact that we will likely lose 3/4 of our current starters.

I think Jenkins is a more complete linebacker than Floyd. That being said I think they both stay.

Lamont Gaillard will be a soph, he was a 5 star tackle before he got hurt in high school, still finished as a high 4 star.

And Trent Thomson was already mentioned as an incoming freshman, but you've also got Ledbetter, a Bama flip, at SDE, also with the benefit of being an Early Enrollee.

And another 4 star SDE Michael Barnett, early enrollee.

And juco Quincy Vasser, also an early enrollee.
