I'll be happy if Chubb is as good as Knowshon. Expecting him to be better than Gurley is unrealistic.

even that might be a stretch. I mean guys, he's started 2 games, against teams with a combined 8-6 (2-5) record. He has played half of his freshman season.

I love NC, he is a baller and I could not be happier he's a dawg. But comparing him to 2 of the top 5 RBs we've ever had seems a little premature, IMO.

Fair point. Until these past 2 games, I thought Sony had looked better than Chubb. No slight on Chubb, Sony was just killing it.

to answer the swimming question, Bauerle intervened in an academic matter for Kalisz ( sp?) to keep him eligible for the Spring. The AD warned him that was unacceptable, and he did it anyway. SMH.

I agree with WG here...Chubb is a boss, and I have said since we got them both that I thought he would be the better of the two between him and Sony...I don't know if that will end up being true or not (its a pretty good argument to have the luxury of having) but, Gurley is a generational back. He is the best college back since AP in my very humble opinion and AP was the only college back I have ever legitimately thought might be in the same league as Herschel and Bo.
