What were y'all's thoughts on Diaz? He's quickly becoming the scapegoat at Texas tonight...there was a time when I thought he would have a bright future just based in my perception of what he was doing at State.
Is he a good DC? In over his head at Texas?
I realize Mack brown is the main problem at Texas, but I was just curious about Diaz.

Send him back to M'boro. Mack is obviously not in decline, it must be the DC.

Texas has no heart. It all starts and stop with their head coach

Scapegoat? He has a defense chock-full of talent, and not just this year but last year...and the year before that, and has only got worse....HE'S a big reason for the shite show, he's def no scapegoat.

Apparently the Orangebloods guy asked Diaz at his presser..
Orangebloods: "Are you confident you're coaching next week?"
Diaz: " I'm not worried about that right now." (While fumbling around)

I don't know much about Texas but his whole front 7 from
09-10 is basically in the NFL right now.

We loved Diaz, his defenses at State were primo. However it looks now that he has worn out his welcome at Texas, I couldn't say if we'd want him back.
I like Geoff Collins and am excited to see what he has in store game and recruiting wise.
