I went to A Bama-Ole Miss game in the 90's. I was smelling bourbon, but I had no idea who had it. I found out before halftime. A guy diagonal behind me puked all over a woman in front of him. He was trying to clean himself and the woman up with Pom poms

I don't think that he'll do this. He doesn't want to piss voters off in either state

He's got Alabama and Louisiana sewn up in 2020. He could convert to Islam and still win those two states handily.

No way he gets booed in Bryant Denny. Will probably be the biggest USA, USA, USA chant of all time.

He'll get a pretty favorable reception from a crowd of Alabama & LSU fans.

Of course the BDS might be ready for impeachment after standing in a TSA line for 3 hours.

I remember voting in 2016 in Tuscaloosa. The line was out the door. I chatted with people who told me they had never voted before and others who were coal miners and blue collar voters who told me they were voting Republican for first time ever. These people love the president. Everyone tried not to mention parties or candidates in the line but the message came across loud and clear. And Trump has the highest support among blacks since Eisenhower.

You guys and maybe gals are forgetting one huge fact here.

Last time he came to one of our games, we won. In one of the most timeless showdowns in CFB History.

Congrats on being part of the 3%..... if you’re really Black.

Funny that you think I’m white. Or a liberal, or have an iPhone

black unemployment is at a record low and he has done more for blacks than any president not named Abe

Ah yes the same right wing talking points we’ve heard ad nauseam since 2017. He’s a national disgrace and will probably be impeached and most Americans who are “off the plantation” already see this.

So a heads up for those who plan to attend if that happens. Will be a complete sh*tshow around BDS if that happens.

This is going to suck. Already preparing for at least an hour line to get in.

Without looking at the first three pages in this thread, I'm willing to bet that pvilleguru is against this.

ETA: Yep.

Who wouldn't be against this? It's going to be bad enough with Gameday. Now you have to add all of the security bullshite that goes with the president? frick that.

I don't care what race anyone here is. I am not concerned about who you support for president, but I do care if you have a reason to vote for someone and you follow that reason up with a vote.

This is a place we come to discus a shared passion, The University of Alabama and its Football (and other sports) team.

With the already piss poor traffic flow in/around Tuscaloosa and the crowds that will be in town, I would prefer our President not attend the game. I understand his choice to go, he is in campaign mode.

I guess we will just have to go out and win the game to make the day more enjoyable even with the inconvenience.
