I doubt he was invited by UA, unless maybe the UA power base is pro Trump. It seems like a headache that doesn't benefit UA. Maybe his camp wants it for publicity.

I doubt he can just show up to these things. Either he was invited or his request was granted by someone at UA.

I'm guessing the president calls the senator(s) from the state and says I want to come to this game get on it.........and it happens. Especially in a state like Alabama.
