Hopefully something he can play with, would suck to lose him, but of course don't want him to risk any long term ill effects.

I would highly doubt he plays if that's the case.

I’m not finding any trace of anyone with that twitter handle, can you confirm?

well, he didn't appear to have any issues immediately after game... if it is a kidney issue then I think/hope for his sake he doesn't play.

It's Krickit_Bama.

Don't believe everything you read on twitter. I found lot of things inconsistent with that story. How are you going to share a rumor that was a HIPAA violation? A Kidney issue is a serious one, and we would've heard about it by now. I don't think this has any legs at all.

Also, thanks to the Bama fan who donated the kidney on short notice.

Haha right? Not sure what the injury was but they confirmed he had something nagging but he should play. I'm fine with that.

Thanks boz as always. At least it's not a lacerated kidney for minkahs sake.

I'm glad to hear that. hopefully, we can put the rumors to end. Next thing we'll hear about Saban is out with knee replacement.

Minkah has been dealing with a injury since the LSU game. Nothing new here.

The rumor is a different injury.

I was told he will return to practice today and is "good" to go.

I heard Liver and Kidney yesterday floating lol, when I asked last night they basically said he had something nagging but will play.

I believe the kidney rumor started when someone on another site said they saw him at a hospital in Birmingham. Obvious lie

Drew gets all of his information from TiderInsider.

Rodney Orr, who owns the site, is very well connected but Drew gets his info from reading what the posters on the site say.

Wherever Drew gets his info, he is usually right.
