So in other words, an NFL schedule is tougher than a college schedule because literally any team could beat you?

If you're 10RC right now, anyone can beat you too.

Can you imagine? there's no way he'd leave a cushy job where he's making 10 mil a year to go to knoxville.
He only makes 6.5 million right now. And there is no guarantee with how much ESPN has been cutting costs that he would be retained after this contract ends.
Plus he might actually want to coach again. I know for most people they just want to make as much money as possible while doing the least bit of work. But some people love what they do. Especially in a competitive space like professional sports. He could just love coaching and with the NFL not really offering him the kind of job he wants he might finally view college as a last hurrah. A chance to show that he's still a great coach.
Not many coaches have won a Super Bowl and college national title. He might be motivated to join that class and be viewed as one of the best football coaches ever.

Yeah, and if you're Kentucky, you're 0-4 with an average margin of defeat of over 20 points to a coach who we're gonna fire.
But that doesn't relate to what we've been discussing in this thread, does it?

Gruden only coached in the NFL. How can we expect him to succeed at a lower, easier, level?”
They're two completely different jobs. Calling one easier than the other is ignorant

"rumors"
If you search enough places, you can find rumors for ANYTHING. I remember the rumors that Ole Miss's problems were mostly for sports than football and the football ones were Houston Nutt's tenure.

If coaching was that important to him he'd be doing it by now.

I generally look for a kitchen pic with side boob. However, the possibilities are endless.
