I'm thinking 65% chance they get the death penalty... won't occur until a few years down the road though.

Zero. I cant see any institution getting shut down again unless they got caught paying players, were told to stop and were sactioned then continued to pay those same players and got caught again.

You think they will get the death penalty but not until 2019-2020?

U dumb.

Chance of death penalty = 0%.

NCAA doesn't have the nuts to ever impose another death penalty. Too much money involved.

The worst thing that will happen is 3 year post season ban plus scholly reduction.

Not too likely, but the NCAA penalties will be stern and UM will fight back with every thing they have. The UM fight will last at least a year after penalties are imposed. UM fans will still be whining 20 years from now.

What really warrants the death penalty? Paying players? Fake classes for students? Jobs for recruits family members? If the death penalty still existed UNC would be toast

It will take a couple of years because once penalties are levied they will commit more level 1s while under probation forcing the ncaa's hand.

If penn state didn't get the death penalty. No one will. That's as bad as human beings could be that was overlooked because of a school football program

Absolutely appalling.

On a scale of USC to SMU, I'm gonna say it heavily leans towards USC. Hugh could even be found to have been raping people and I'll think the same.

Somewhere between a 4% and 25% chance that it happens.

I'll agree with the comment on Penn State. That cesspool should have been drained. Since NCAA didn't then they don't have a leg to stand on going forward.
