The first NOA had no LOIC. Added after the Leo and Kobe bs immunity. OM say they lied so LOIC is also bs. One thing to note the boosters who these two snitch bitches are claiming gave them stuff have lawyered up and are going to fight being disassociated since they claim they did nothing nada zilch.

Leo Lewis's allegations aren't backed up by evidence and a lot of it is contradicted by evidence.
the NCAA based the whole amended (or 2nd NOA) on his testimony.
Not to mention OM was not notified of these interviews and was not allowed to cross examine LL.

Please let this get to a court of law. I keep thinking it can't get worse for OM, but every time it does

There is 0 chance any of the LL testimony will hold up in a court of law. 0 chance.

The bad part for Ole Miss is, that will only make it to the court of law well after the sanctions have been imposed. Won't help OM just the boosters or coaches who try to sue.
Todd McNair was fired in 2010, his trial date is set for April of 2018.

Guess what will hold up? All the freaking records that will be subpoenaed, which the NCAA hasn't been able to look at because they don't have that power.
Again I'll say, PLEASE let any of this go to court

If it goes to court, everyone in the LL recruitment will go down. And I mean everyone.
This is the exact reason Slive wanted to keep this stuff in house and Saban wouldn't allow his players to be interviewed.

If it goes to court,
won't. you are a voluntary member of the NCAA. you voluntarily agree to abide by their rules. Bama, USC, etc didn't take it to court. Surely Ole Miss doesn't choose this as their "hold my beer" moment.
Also, if my math is right, is Ole Miss basically NOT denying 6 level 1 violations? If so, you're getting more reductions than the laughable 11 over 4 years you self-imposed.

Or someone who has read both NOA and both responses and has been following this story for 5 years and not getting facts from people who either
1) have hatred towards OM and want it see harm
or
2) People that believe what they hear without actually doing any reading. These are also the type of people who believe that their school is clean.

still gonna beat the piss out of LSU either way

Believe the lies. Just keep believing. Your administration has taken you for a fool this whole time. Not surprised you still allow them to lead you astray.

I agree with you that if this goes to court that it will be bad for Ole Miss, but it will be bad for a lot of teams. Do you really think Leo Lewis didn't get offered anything to go to State or LSU or Bama? I'm not going to act like I know what all went down, but I would bet none of those schools would want Lewis to be under oath and talking about his recruitment. Ole Miss is already getting in trouble, this going to court would hurt other teams. Someone else made the point, this is why Saban did not let his players talk to the NCAA.

You mean the lies that are in the response to the NOA that they are basing their livelihood on and in 3 months have to prove it in front of the COI?
Yeah, the justification to lie at this point in the process isn't there.

This is a win-win, either Ole Miss gets slapped down hard and if not, it is open season on violating any NCAA rule you want based on precedent.

Yeah, bro, but SIX level 1 violations that you are admitting to PLUS you can't assume the NCAA will just drop their case on the ones you dispute. That won't happen.
It's gonna be about 21-24 scholarships over 3-4 years, a 2 year bowl ban, and maybe a show cause or two for assistants.

a 2 year bowl ban
this is the fighting point. And after reading the response, I seriously doubt that happens.

The NCAA will have already levied the penalties, and OM will be years down the road suffering and recovering from the sanctions before Leo Lewis' testimony hits a court room.
If Ole Miss hasn't already filed a lawsuit against the very organization they are a voluntary member of by now, then it's too late.
