Sitting in the hotel tonight reading USA Today draft projections and have Foster going to the Saints. Foster was just truly great at Alabama, always impressive performances.

My question is with regards to injuries. He played with reckless abandon, did he have any injuries because of the style of play? Not sure, too tired to google his profile or pictures, but did he play with a neck guard and was it because of an injury at some time during his career?

The neck guard was to prevent him from looking down at his Auburn tattoo.

Ok, had forgotten about that happening, but really no major neck injuries?

Nope. No major injuries in his career at Alabama outside of the rotator cuff. He played through that and just had surgery

i watched his whole time at bama, every game.....his BIGGEST weakness is inability to cover a back going out into a pass pattern. he is too big, or too slow to do it....NFL teams will kill him with this........love to watch him play though......

He graded out as the 8h best coverage linebacker in the country and lead all linebackers in pass breakups. Don't quit your day job Lombardi

This couldn't be further from the truth. He might have been the best coverage LB under Saban.

NM for my other comment. You're being dead serious about all this. You honestly think Foster is "shitty"?

He didn't play like that this year. Early in his career he did.
