Please tell me your argument isn't that wealth is strongly correlated with intelligence. I'm happy to list numerous athletes who have actually lost all of their wealth due to a lack of intelligence.

Please tell me you didn't interpret it that way. If so, reading comprehension help is recommended.

I'd gladly take Foster. The culture change he would bring to the defense would be worth the money and then some

Roman Harper hasn't been bad at all but when he got slow he got crazy slow. Most Saints fan can picture him attempting to cover in William's defense and their stomachs turn. Ingram would have been a solid 4th or 5th rounder but as a first rounder and Heisman winner I though he would be much better. I'm an LSU fan but I am also a Saints fan. I'll pull for anyone that wears the B&G, even a Bama player no matter how much I don't like it.

NFL scout on the radio, sorry can't remember his name, said he thought Reuben Foster was the best linebacker to come out of Alabama in the Saban era. I think RF was great but I don't know about best ever.

I agree that no more Bama players should go to the shitty Saints.

I can see it. Goes sideline to sideline, never gets caught up in traffic, does not miss tackles in space and hits with more authority than any other Saban backer since McClain.

Find ANYWHERE that I said Foster was intelligent, fool. I said that soon he will be WEALTHY.
If reading comprehension is an indicator, I'd say that you and he would run a close race though.

I expect this week the NCAA will announce it is starting an investigation into the medical staff hired to help with the combine.

Sure, you didn't overtly state "Reuben Foster is intelligent." But you certainly implied to the original poster that Foster would soon be much wealthier than the poster who was insulting him. As if to suggest "he's smart enough to earn more money than you do." Whether you want to admit it or not, you were defending Foster by arguing that he will be doing better in life than the original poster is. That's all.

But to a different point, based on his recent conduct, I'd hypothesize that any wealth Foster does earn won't last for long. Seems to be prone to bone-headed decisions. Or roid rage. Either way, a fool and his money are soon parting.

Reuben is such a good person. Why is everyone picking on him? He's a great role model.

That would be the same with just about any RB. I would never take a RB in the 1st round.

In all fairness to Reuben he has probably received 1/2 dozen concussions, cognitively not going to win any spelling bees, and being a father to at least one teenager will do that to you. You know, stress and all. Plus, hummers aren't thrifty on gas either.
