Or did you know he even did that? Its not enough, but even your boy gets it.

all roads need maintenance, and i think everybody knows Trump embellishes things. lol

i wouldn't say he's 'my guy', but rather the only alternative to your corrupt gal.

I'm not going down the rabbit hole with you on the "actual science". It's available online, everywhere. Just google and start reading. Maybe skip to page 3 so you're not on news websites reading about it. Then watch a ted talk or something, idk.

no thankx, i've been hearing the global warming alarism for 25 years and it never gets any warmer. it is just about scaring up votes for big government politicians who want to tax and spend and regulate more.

global warming kooks like you are no different from the fire and brimstone doomsday end times preachers out there. it is a religion basicaly.

I quite literally have an Exercise Physiology bachelors and a minor in Biology. Has nothing to do with climate change, which is why unlike you, I don't form my own opinions. I read the opinions of the professionals.

i agree you don't form your own opinions or think for yourself. i do think for myself. the weather is same ballpark as it was in the 80s. this is significant evidence against your theory.

what do we know about democrats. they support high taxes and goverment spending and more regulations.

lo and behold, they started pushing the global warming theory in which the 'solution' is ....wait for it....higher taxes , more spending and more regulations. global warming is simply a means to an end, a political ruse.

I guess NASA is full of climate change kooks

quote:

The current warming trend is of particular significance because most of it is very likely human-induced and proceeding at a rate that is unprecedented in the past 1,300 years.1 Earth-orbiting satellites and other technological advances have enabled scientists to see the big picture, collecting many different types of information about our planet and its climate on a global scale. This body of data, collected over many years, reveals the signals of a changing climate. The heat-trapping nature of carbon dioxide and other gases was demonstrated in the mid-19th century.2 Their ability to affect the transfer of infrared energy through the atmosphere is the scientific basis of many instruments flown by NASA. There is no question that increased levels of greenhouse gases must cause the Earth to warm in response. Ice cores drawn from Greenland, Antarctica, and tropical mountain glaciers show that the Earth’s climate responds to changes in greenhouse gas levels. They also show that in the past, large changes in climate have happened very quickly, geologically-speaking: in tens of years, not in millions or even thousands.3

Roy SPencer works for NASA and doesn't agree with it.

you cherrypick which scientists are right without any discussion of the disagreements.

if you aren't a climate scientist, how do you referee which scientist is right? obviously you pick the argument that matches up with your politics.

that isn't science, that's politics. you aren't actually in science.

The difference in you and I is that you open your mouth and remove all doubt that you're an idiot. I generally try to keep mine closed if I feel like I'm. It qualified to discuss something.

Fortunately, the vast majority of climate change specialists and civil engineers have provided folks like me with information on the climate and infrastructure. It takes a real fool to form an opinion based on a hunch and ignore facts laid out in front of them by experts.

all you do is assert you are smarter than me. no evidence is provided. any fool can insult somebody.

again, the weather in SC is same ballpark as when I was a kid in the 80s. why should I be worried about a doomsday?

If you won't believe a report compiled by ASCE, who will you believe one from?

I didn't cherry pick anything. That is a NASA study; not an individual study. Go check the references. Mentioning one NASA scientist is the epitome of cherry picking.

I know you won't look for yourself, because you hate being wrong. I'll take NASAs word for it, not some glorified diesel college graduate.

are you saying nobody can disagree with the ASCE? Again, civil engineers largely make money via public funding of projects. follow the money.

i agree all roads, etc need maintenance. that doesn't mean the roads are all 'crumbling'. that is obvious hyperbole.

I provided a study, by NASA, that has 16 references. I even quoted much of the study for you. I'm not sure what else you want. I even made sure it was from NASA since you kept mentioning this rogue Spencer fella. Sorry that NASA disagrees with you.

you'll take 'NASA's word for it as long it is validates your opinion on it. the proof is your ignore ROy SPencer who works for NASA but has a different view. you are not even open minded to his viewpoint and cannot even summarize what his viewpoiint is. so you are admitting your closeminded yet you want people to believe you are a person who loves science.

you treat science like it is dogma.

D+ is the grade received by the society that has been doing this for decades. Disregarding their findings would be like me disregarding your opinions on Chevy vs Ford.

Roy Spencer is one dude. There are countless within NASA that don't feel the way he does. And you say I'm cherry picking.

science isn't up for a vote. you treat it like an election.

again, you don't ever talk about the actual science, just chant 'consensus' over and over again. you are a dumb liberal arts guy trying to pretend to be an expert on science. lol

you cannot even summaraize SPencer's arguments but you insist he is wrong. that is evidence you are a close minded anti-science person.

The year 2015 was the first time the global average temperatures were 1 degree Celsius or more above the 1880-1899 average.6 Even though the 2000s witnessed a solar output decline resulting in an unusually deep solar minimum in 2007-2009, surface temperatures continue to increase.7

lol now you are going to start cutting and pasting from liberal websites. you can't discuss the issue yourself in your own words. you just chant 'consensus' and 'deniers'
