You're overstating total cost of attendance by 30-40%.
And how on earth could it make a difference if the student is male or female? Is there some kind of female upcharge for textbooks that I haven't run across yet?

I have a kid entering Jr year at UA, I make the damn payments just like you so we know WTF it costs to attend UA, and you damn sure know what AU costs.
