He is inheriting the #5 QB-PP in the 2016 class, my guess is he is more concerned about putting a staff together.

I think Lily is the most likely, but really anybody currently on the offensive staff outside of Schitty. I full expect whoever CSM hires on the offensive side of the ball to have full control of hiring his offensive staff.
