So in the span of 4 days ....
Day 1 - CMR gets fired, has 5 schools at least contact him about interviewing
Day 2 - has an exit press conference at UGA, where he comes off as the classiest coach in college football, and the AD looks like a weasel and the majority , yours included , wants his a$$ fired.
Day 3 - interviews for 5 hours at his alma mater, and they fall in love with him
Day 4 - is offered by his school the keys to the car , and he keeps his same pay scale.
No wondered he wasn't worried, after 15 years it was time , both UGA and CMR needed a break. But damn that was fast, fast as I've seen.

Well I'm glad that he's finally now going to get the chance to be hands on and coach some football and not have to worry about it being a miserable place if you don't win championships.
I swear he doesn't understand why he was fired. I mean damn....us crazy GA fans get all uppity if you don't win...

Hey I'm just stating facts.
I have no issue with the change as I stated. It was time. The age of a coach going 15-20 years is over.

I can remember Spurrier saying when he left UF that 10-12 years at a school was "about right".

Slightly easier path to the NAtty for Richt....winning the ACC championship game is usually a little easier than winning the SEC version...so he will only have to win games against 2.5 good teams in a row at Miami....
