Just realized someone bumped this mess.

It's the most objective thing I've ever heard. State has done pretty well this year. Congrats on your Super Bowl win over them.

That would be subjective. There's no logical reasoning for that. Our last game was more impressive than yours if you want to go that route.
At the end of the day we beat you by 2 TDs. Deal with it. You have a nice season but objectively A&M is the better team.
Subjective huh? You're ranked lower AP. You're ranked lower Coaches. You're ranked lower CFP. You're team has not gotten better as season has progressed. No A&M fan thinks you have improved. Objectively thinking. Every college football fan thinks State has improved over season. EVERY fan, analyst, coach, etc. I mean do you think LSU has improved or digressed? Georgia? Florida even? It happens. I mean really? It's quite objectively obvious. When 90% of people think something is so, it's probably a pretty solid opinion. State would hang 50 on A&M now. State wins the first game in Starkville no doubt. Wins anywhere playing now. I mean what don't you understand?

I can't imagine the heartburn felt by some looking up at the MS schools in the rankings.

Dude, don't waste time arguing with those weirdos. The only smidgen of light in their season is beating us. They don't look at all the other curb stompings they've taken, vs. Auburn at home with JJ at home. Yes, they beat us early in the year, but they can't see that things change. Teams improve-deprove, players get injured, injured players come back, etc. I'd say 85-90% of college football experts and true fans would say as of 11-24-15 that MSU is better than A&M.

Arkie should be 5-6 right now. They managed a fluke win at Ole Miss to get to 6-5 so far. Arkie fans think this is what makes a great season....6-5.
Anybody listing them as a top 4 team in the conference is a moron.
You do realize that Arkansas had more total yards, first downs and doubled your time of possession in that game as well? But by all means, tell me how one play changed the course of your life. Hahahaha

Only from Arkansas posters. This is where they would rank in real polls.
No, and I'm not trolling you or LSU at all here. Its not just that they have 3 SEC losses, its that they have 3 BAD SEC losses and in a row.
The only thing that kept them in the "real" polls after the Arkansas loss was sheer inertia. I'm not claiming Arkansas is a power house this year either, but LSU is, right now, at best middle of the pack in the SEC.

Arky is the 7th-8th best team in the SEC.

I would put Tenn above LSU this year

Alabama has no wins vs current Top 20 teams and is the only team in the top 6 with a HOME loss.

Still haven't found just one one person to say UGA is better than Arkansas? I feel for you little man.

LOL@A&M fan saying they will always stomp Msu. You played us early in season with us returning 7 total starters. That's right, only 7 returning starters which is why we got picked to finish dead last. Since then you got exposed and Msu young guys got experience. You don't want none of us right now, we destroy you if we played tomorrow and you know it.

I still have yet to see anyone say Arkansas is a good team, oh that's because there aren't. But again, 6-5 is considered good in Arkansas I guess.

We got our [healthy] starting QB back finally. It would most likely be a close game.

I honestly think TN is the 5th best team in the SEC this year and probably has the 5th best results.
Will finish 8-4 which will be in the 5th range in overall record.
Will have gone to double OT and down to the final possession with two playoff teams. And took an L on a fluke TD to the East champ (which should be us).
We are 2 plays away from being 10-2 and in the playoff discussion.

Then I guess good teams in the SEC begin and end at Bama? Georgia must really suck then to be behind all those not good teams. Oh and the line came out against Georgia Tech. Giving 5 points to a team with 3 wins. Hahahahaha....

That's why there's so much hope for us being truly great next year, although we were decently good this year. The 2016 team will be our best since probably 2004 or even 2001, and we just about won 10 or 11 this year. It won't be an especially young team either, so that's no longer an excuse. I don't see any of the top level teams we play next year being significantly better than what they were this year. Since we don't lose much, 10-2 or 11-1 is not at all unlikely in 2016.
