I didn't say you specifically did, but I've seen it from several MO posters. And no I'm not linking, no time.
And I know this because I heard the holding the O back from Florida posters for the first three games, four years in a row.

Mauk kept getting put up against inferior competition like Tennessee and Arkansas and Florida so he kept winning.

I didn't realize beating Ole Miss is now a major accomplishment to go around and beat your chest about.
I didn't realize beating Kentucky was something that other teams struggle to do, but hey I guess you learn something every day.

Well, no. At no point where we holding the offense back to not show any cards for the next week.
We played conservative last week, but it was because Pinkel thought that was the best way to win.

Lock will do fine against Florida. He practices against the best defense in the SEC every week so he should be prepared by gametime.

Wow, for a fanbase that regards this matchup as "ho hum", "dull" and not really "that exciting", you all sure do start ALOT of threads about this game.
Insecurity, worried and scared might be better words to us than dull, ho hum or not exciting.

have to wonder why they haven't checked this win off already and moved on to the next "game",, UGA/LSU..

Because most florida fans expect it to be a battle?

I expect it will be less than a TD difference. The problem was Mauk. He's gone. Lock is in control.

He'll see that this week. Not anytime this week.

Expected a weak offense just not this weak! Hopefully the Gators are still living in the past when they beat Ole" Miss. Lock was impressive this past weekend even if it was a "down" SC team. Mauk does not make the two TD passes that Lock made.
Overall I think it will be a great game with MU winning 28-24 on a last second three times tipped TD Pass... MIZ!

I rewatched the Kentucky game (and I actually watched that one live and supported Kentucky) against Missouri, and even with all this hype and flight about Lock -- he looked really bad in his drive down the field.
He hit a few great passes, no doubt, but then when he got near the red zone he threw a surefire pick that was dropped by a Kentucky defender and then took a sack that pushed them out of field goal range.
If you guys thought Kentucky was stingy on defense, you haven't seen anything yet.
Ole Miss has: A better QB, better WRs, better RB and better athletes. The only thing I give to Mizzou is that their oline is better and that's about it.
What amazes me is: I think Mauk has a better chance to beat us with his legs than anything else. The most yards we gave up was against a scrambling QB.

Don't need to put "down" in quotation marks.
SC is pure dogshit this year. Gave up 50 something to Georgia who couldn't even get a touchdown against Alabama until the game was already well out of hand.
SC is horrible, please don't try to make it seem like a bigger win than it was by playing games of semantics.

Yes he did and he said that as he was throwing the pass he KNEW it was a TD and just got excited. He didn't repeat that mistake this weekend.

Uhhhhhhh no......as much as I like Maty, I think Lock can be very successful against you guys but only IF our WR run precise routes and Lock doesn't get greedy.
