Thank you. He did fine. It was his first game ever

He will only get better/more comfortable especially against the rest of the LTs we face like you mentioned

That left tackle was jumping early on almost evry play, and I never saw it get called. I thought Beasley played pretty well.

LOL, you're talking out your arse. Beasley played 49 snaps last night. 14 of them were pass rushing, 34 were running plays, and 1 was pass coverage

He was on his arse or pushed out of just about every play. He has one move and thats an outside speed rush. On running plays where he graded out -0.8 he was flat out punished. I am really suprised they didn't run the ball more but they were down pretty big limiting his abililty to get murdered. He was far from stellar.

I'm pulling for Matt Ryan, Matt Bryant, Julio, Roddy and supporting cast.

I'm really not sure WTF you're haterade agenda is about, but you're acting like an idiot.

When someone gets "punished", they are a -3.0 or worse, not a -0.8 on 34 run plays against a probowl LT.

You clearly have no clue what you're talking about too. Just a minute ago you called him a "situational" player. And then I show you he played 34 rushing plays and you completely gloss over it.

I'm assuming you criticized the Beasley pick when it was made and are trying to be consistent with that agenda. Well you should stop. You just look like a hate mongering dumbass.

This started when someone said "Beasley sucked". Nobody is calling him elite.

But our defense had 9 QB hits (which is now 2nd in the league behind Miami after week #1) and 4 QB hurries, and Beasley had 1 of those QB hits and 2 of those QB hurries, plus that critical batted down pass.

He didn't "suck". Not even close.

I call them like I see them. I'm not going to suck his dick and excuse poor play because he's a rookie. Hageman was complete dog shite last year but he has played his arse off lately and looked like a completely diffrent player. I don't do the like / dislike of picks. I don't sit home and jerk off to first round draft choices. If you're on the field and you get handled I will say it. I'm not some dick sucking jock sucking fan like yourself.

He was drafted to apply pressure. Unfortunatly we are getting alot more production in this area out of other players.

Sure you do. Again, you just said he was a "situational player" even though he played 49 snaps.

I think it's pretty obvious you didn't watch shite since you didn't even know he played 34 frickin running plays.

And since you're completely ignorant about that, it's obvious you don't have a clue about anything and you're just spouting off baseless hate because you're being a bitch.

Look fanboy, we see your jimmies are rustled because you obviously have some weird fetish for first round draft choices but it's pretty obvious to me he has a long way to go. If he plays like that all season no one will be happy with his production. And when you go -.08 you are being compared to your peers so on 48snaps he was below his peers against the run as the 8th pick in the draft. If he plays better against weaker LTs I will acknowledge it but im not going to make excuses for him just because he's a rookie.

Now keep acting like a butthurt bytch. It looks good on you.

quote:

– First rounder DE Vic Beasley (-1.9) had a largely quiet day, save for two moments. His first was a heads up batted pass, but the truly exciting play (from the Falcons’ perspective) was his hit on Eagles QB Sam Bradford (-1.4). He turned the corner on one of the best LTs in the game, Jason Peters (0.2), and delivered a crunching hit within 2.5 seconds of the ball being snapped. More plays like that will soon justify his 2015 top-10 draft selection.

The facts remain....Irrelevant

I didn't lie about his grades, you assclown.

He got a -0.8 for run defense, +0.2 for pass rush, and a -1.3 for penalties because he had a hands to the face call.

LOL, how stupid do you look now? Dumbass.

You're nothing but a hater with an agenda. You have no freaking clue what you're talking about.

He only had 34 running snaps, not "48". He was a POSITIVE GRADE in the 14 pass rushing snaps. Which of course you're completely ignoring, because again, you're a hater with an agenda.

Now stew in your failure to debate, ya dumb MF'er.

So because I said he played exactly like PFF said he played being irrelevant the entire game this somehow justifies your argument.

I didn't know the grading including penalties becuase I don't sign up to that gay arse website but since you want to bring them up and use them as your tool for judgment. Let's just say overall he was -1.9 against his peers and largely irrelevant like your site suggested.

Also, I'm not sure how they come up with the snap numbers because it makes no damn sense to me but Philly only ran the ball 16 times the entire game. They passed the ball 52 times. So how the hell do they consider that 34 running snaps and only 14 pass rushing snaps is beyond me. On 52 drop backs he managed one pressure. Now, he may not have been in on every play but this was the perfect game to showcase a pass rush and on one play he did just that.

I don't know if it was or not. Philadelphia only threw beyond 20 yards once. Everything else was really short and really quick. It was very similar to the game plan that Denver has used against Kansas City to negate Justin Houston and Tamba Hali over the past few seasons, particularly that Sunday Night game two years ago when Kansas City was undefeated. Houston and Hali were wreaking havoc on opposing QBs all season so Denver never really did anything more than a 3 step drop. The ball was gone before the pass rush could get home. Philadelphia did a lot of the same things last night.

Falcons made the Jake Long signing official today. Huge upside if he stays healthy.
