Broke the 4th vertebra in my lumbar into 3 pieces, but it only counts if you consider knee boarding a sport. Other than that I broke my thumb in half covering a punt my freshman year. It hasn't grown since I was 14.

Very few injuries throughout high school and college, but later in life: 2 torn hammys at one time in softball and a broke finger from basketball.

Caught a pop fly with my nose in Babe Ruth league. Nose was crooked for a few years until a HS football game where a DE shoved his hand up under my facemask when I was blocking for a punt, breaking it again, but straightened it up for me. Broke my nose about five times in total. Other than that, a few broken ribs and knuckles, a couple concussions, and a rolled ankle, I never had anything major happen. I'm glad I never messed up my knees, that's definitely no fun.

Obliterated my left ACL playing football. And yeah, after the first surgery it would swell up and they'd drain it with a big arse needle, moving the needle around to make sure they got all of it. Yes it hurt.
Finally had a second surgery where they put a cadaver ACL in my knee. It held and the knee hasn't needed to be drained since. Which is nice.

Went from having a chest to a breast in a nano second when I completely tore my pectoral off last year lifting weights. Added insult to injury when I passed the frick out trying to walk myself to the car and broke my nose. It's not good when your BP inverts and ends up being 45/100...no blood gets to the "grape". Got a 6 inch scare the starts at the top of my bicep and ends up on my collar bone and my nose is crooked because I never told them at the ER that I broke it.

Tore my medial meniscus and MCL playing indoor soccer in HS. Never really healed right and I still have issues with it when I workout.
Probably the worst looking was fracturing my cheekbone when catching for my brother when he was in HS. We were out in the street (lived on a dead end street with no traffic) and the ball hit my cheek so hard it didn't hit the ground until it hit my neighbor's porch. Luckily it was right after my junior prom and at the end of the year so I had all summer to heal.

I hated Butterfield because of no walls in the classes.

Third-degree ankle sprain.
I rolled my foot coming down with a rebound in a pick-up basketball game when I was 18. But, I healed quickly, and was back Ballin a couple weeks later.

I was pretty healthy throughout my actual playing days. Nothing more than sprained ankles and shin splints all through high school. But in freshman year of college I tore my right ACL playing intramural flag. Got the TD though, before the first scream of pain.

Torn iliopsoas(hip flexor) during indoor track season my junior year at tamu. Broken nose jr year high school basketball. Hematoma on femur in 8th grade soccer- also the worst pain of my life. I've heard a fractured femur is the worst pain a human can endure, including pregnancy.

slight tear in ACL
torn labrum in shoulder (this really sucks, I can barely throw to my son).
broken nose x3.
my most painful injury happened while playing a pickup tackle game of football in college. I was running and I got hit in the quad and my leg just stopped working. It was tingling and I just couldn't move it and had to be helped to the quack shack. I had wound up bruising my femur and the doc said had I not had tree trunk legs I would have broken it. He said the pain I was experiencing was equal to a fracture of that bone.
I've broken bones before but since this was only a bruise and it never really was immobilized like being in a cast the lingering pain royally sucked.

Sprained MCL, and that didn't happen until 3 years after college. I've stayed pretty healthy when it comes to sports injuries.

Grade 3 ripped groin muscle, the only time in my life I took all the narcotics prescribed. You would literally scream and cry when you got a hard on and I was living with a 25-year-old blond bombshell at the time.
I was 35 and walked with a cane for six weeks after I could get out of bed. It took a solid year before I recovered 100%.
I did a split getting out of one of those old fashioned claw foot tubs and the rug went out from under me on the slick tile floor.
This accident caused me to lose probably 36 hours of great sex that can never be replaced and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Dislocated knee cap and partially torn tendon in my ankle junior year of football. I got hit low and high body went one way leg went the other. The swelling was so bad, that they did not know my knee cap was displaced for a week. It was the best worst pain when the doc popped it back into place. Tore my hamstring senior year while running wind sprints. Broken hand sophomore year. Broken collar bone twice once in JV and once on varsity.
